Our Rent Collection Process is Simple and Straightforward.
- Due Date: Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
- Late on the 2nd: Payments not received by the 2nd are considered late.

- Walmart and other PayNearMe locations
- Money order
- Late Payment Actions:
- 2nd of the Month: Begin posting notices and calling tenants.
- 15th of the Month: Filing process begins if payment remains outstanding.
